- EasyHadya does not collect or facilitate charitable donations.

- User: Any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
- Service Provider: EasyHadya, which provides the services available on the Platform.
- Services: The services offered, including Hadya delivery, Umrah Badal, and wheelchair assistance.

- All services provided through the Platform are offered in exchange for payment.
- Prices for services may include applicable taxes such as VAT.
- No donations are collected or facilitated through the Platform.
- The services offered are for individuals or organizations seeking assistance or services like Hadya delivery, Umrah Badal, and wheelchair support.
4. Payments
- All payments for services are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
- EasyHadya does not store sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers, CVVs, or other payment details.
- Users will be redirected to an external payment portal to complete transactions.
5. Intellectual Property & Data Usage
- All content, designs, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property associated with EasyHadya belong solely to EasyHadya.
- By using the Platform, you agree to respect and not misuse the intellectual property, content, or other data of EasyHadya and its users.

6. Limitation of Liability
EasyHadya is not responsible for:
- Any issues caused by user devices, networks, or third-party services.

Services are provided on a best-effort basis, and EasyHadya does not guarantee the availability, quality, or delivery of all services at all times.
